Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes.Delivers high‐quality People Operations and HR services across the full employee lifecycle (“hire to retire”), providing policy, process, systems, and transactional support to employees, managers, candidates, and People & Culture colleagues. Acts as the operational backbone of HR, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant delivery of core people processes.Provides centralized services spanning areas such as payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, onboarding, leavers, and employee queries.
