Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and HR programs across the enterprise.

You will oversee onboarding, policy administration, records management, and stakeholder communications, partnering with vendors to drive service excellence for a multi-site workforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Five or more years of progressive HR operations, HR generalist, benefits, or employee services experience.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, leaves, employee data, and HR transactions.
  • Working knowledge of HR policies and applicable employment and benefits regulations.
  • Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site employee populations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee core employee lifecycle operations, including new-hire orientation, onboarding, 30/90-day check-ins, relocations, employee changes, and offboarding coordination.
  • Ensure employee files, records, approvals, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, compliant, and maintained in accordance with lifecycle processes and retention requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, open enrollment, FMLA, COBRA, wellness initiatives, and related employee support processes with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Own HR policy and procedure administration, including ongoing review, interpretation, implementation, and communication of policy updates across the organization.
  • Lead employee handbook administration, including annual reviews, updates, stakeholder alignment, approvals, communications, and employee acknowledgements.
  • Serve as escalation point for employee/leader questions related to benefits, leave, policies, systems, onboarding, and other HR operational matters.
  • Develop and maintain employee communications, guides, FAQs, and self-service resources to improve clarity and the employee experience.
  • Coordinate enterprise surveys and special HR projects, including data preparation, communications, reporting logistics, project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support.
