Steer Health, Inc. seeks an HR Operations Manager to own day-to-day people operations, from onboarding to benefits, and to protect HR compliance across the organization. This role partners with leadership as we scale, building and refining processes for growth.
The position is an in-office, Dallas, TX role focused on creating a strong employee experience, managing HRIS, payroll, and records with confidentiality and audit readiness.

As our HR Operations Manager, you will own the day-to-day people operations that keep Steer running smoothly and make it a great place to work. You will be the go-to resource for employees on everything from onboarding to benefits, the guardian of our HR compliance and records, and a hands-on partner to leadership as we scale the team. This is a builder role: you will refine existing processes, create new ones, and put in place the HR foundation for our next stage of growth.
This is an in-office position based at our Dallas, TX headquarters.
