We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused HR Operations Coordinator to join us and help drive our HR initiatives forward.

This is a temporary role with an estimated duration of ~6 months. This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones to be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Help welcome new hires by coordinating onboarding, preparing documents, and scheduling orientations.
  • Maintain employee records and help keep our HR systems organized and up to date.
  • Assist with offboarding tasks like scheduling exit interviews and collecting equipment.
  • Respond to general HR questions from employees—or connect them with the right people.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company-wide events.
  • Learn about HR compliance and contribute to accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to improve the employee experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • A recent degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Internship, part-time, or volunteer experience in admin, HR, or people support roles is a plus—but not required.
  • Great organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills; experience with HR tools (like Workday or BambooHR) is a bonus.

The hourly rate range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This hourly rate range is an estimate, and the actual hourly rate may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, certain roles in the US are eligible for a stock option grant and annual bonus. Certain employment types are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
