Job summary

Consumer Cellular is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day HR processes and administrative tasks. You will handle changes, maintain records, and assist with benefits and leave communications while working on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a college degree, 2+ years HR experience, and strong Excel/ADP skills to support the Talent Acquisition team and HR operations daily.

Responsibilities

• Send To-Do Lists for employment changes (e.g., hires, promotions, terminations)
• Maintain HR communication channels and distribute to recipients

• Complete checklists for employee status changes
• Provide general administrative support on-site
• Respond to HR requests and coordinate responses
• Audit employee information with ad-hoc reports
• Assist Leave Administrator with leave communications

Job Summary

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator provides support to human resource operations processes at Consumer Cellular, Inc. This position provides administrative and clerical support in the day-to-day human resource operations activities. Duties may vary daily dependent on the needs of business operations.

Key Responsibilities(Other duties may be assigned)

• Send out To-Do Lists for employment changes including, conversions, terminations, promotions, demotions, name corrections, new hires/rehire etc.
• Manage and maintain the HR communication channels and distribute to appropriate recipients including mail, Service Desk and HR Inbox
• Maintain employee files and update ADP records, not limited to creating, tracking, completing checklists, shredding, filing and scanning
• Support team with new hires, job changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations in ADP
• Complete checklists for employee status changes
• General administrative and clerical support for the site
• Respond to or coordinate responses to HR requests
• Make calls regarding returned mail received
• Complete checklists for employee status changes
• Manipulate ad-hoc reports to audit employee information for completeness and accuracy
• Assist Leave Administrator with sending out leave communication as needed
• Assist with benefits-related administrative tasks as needed
• Regular attendance and working on-site is essential

Requirements

• CONFIDENTIALITY, is a must.
• 2 to 4 year college degree preferred.
• 2+ years Human Resources experience preferred.
• High level of proficiency in Excel including v lookups, pivot tables, and basic understanding of formulas and how to create them
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Process thinking
• Strong knowledge of MS office suite of applications and aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
• Demonstrated ability in a high level of aptitude using computers
• Ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in written form.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high demand fast paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work individually as well as in group environment.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

• Minimum Salary: $42,000
• Maximum Salary: $52,500

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
