An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to provide expert support across various HR functions. The HR Officer will provide expert support and advice to operational management across all HR areas, consistently demonstrating HR best practices. The HR Officer will be the first point of contact for all operational HR matters and will proactively support the development and achievement of team and organisational outcomes aligned with Dimensions' strategy.
This role is home-based with occasional travel across the region, so it is essential that you are based in Wales.
We are looking for HR Officer(s) to cover 37.5 hours per week. We are a flexible employer, so this can be either one full-time or two part-time positions.
The full-time salary for this role is £31,806, pro-rata for part-time hours.
