Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR manager experience.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and laws governing personnel activities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• PHR certification or pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and Business Unit leadership to implement and deliver HR programs including talent management and succession planning.
• Guide managers through complex HR issues with sound personnel advice.
• Manage employee relations cases and lead investigations and compliance cases.
• Drive HR and company strategy in coordination with managers.
• Assist in development of management by providing tools and feedback with training and development.
• Act as primary point of contact for HR issues for the region.
• Drive HR processes, policies and culture with business units.
• Manage complex HR projects cross-functionally.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients focusing on engagement and retention.
• Identify gaps and propose changes to support employee population goals.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and labor laws to reduce legal risks.
