We are a growing fabricator and erector located in Chandler, and are looking for an experience HR Manager to support our growth. We have ~175 employees currently, and are looking for an HR Manager experienced in both payroll management and recruitment specifically.

Position Overview

The HR Manager will oversee and manage the human resources functions within the organization, focusing on talent acquisition, payroll processing, and employee relations. This role aims to create a positive work environment, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Manage HR metrics and reports to evaluate effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools, particularly ADP and WorkforceNow is a plus.
