Versa Networks is hiring an HR Manager to join our growing People & Talent team in Santa Clara. This hands-on generalist role requires ownership of employee relations, policy administration, compliance, and program development in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will oversee ADP workflows, benefits, equity administration, and performance coaching, while partnering with legal and People teams. A strong HR background, U.S. employment law knowledge, and concise communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of HR generalist experience in tech/startup/high-growth environments.
• Solid working knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform.
• Strong employee relations instincts and ability to de-escalate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions and policies.
• Support PTO, leaves, onboarding/offboarding, and lifecycle processes with accuracy and privacy.
• Develop performance management frameworks and manager coaching with the People Team.
• Own day-to-day HR operations in ADP and assist with HRIS implementation.
• Manage and evolve benefits programs and equity administration across U.S. and international markets.
