The HR Manager leads and is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health through strategic PXT leadership and effective people management. They strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans through their site’s PXT function. HR Managers execute business goals through hands‑on leadership and data‑driven decision making, while partnering with business leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and employee experience.
You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, ensuring personal connection and hands‑on leadership where needed.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic leadership and hands‑on people management, requiring excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple priorities. You'll regularly engage with teams on the production floor while responding to time‑sensitive matters such as employee concerns and investigations.
Using AI‑powered analytics and data insights, you'll identify trends and opportunities in areas like attrition, attendance, and engagement. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, providing strategic guidance while maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Through these partnerships, you'll drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen cultural health.
From coaching leadership teams to implementing innovative HR technologies, you'll balance technical expertise with human judgment in complex situations. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
