Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Manager, Firm Human Resources to report to the Senior Director, Firm Human Resources. The Manager will oversee lawyer evaluation processes and HR initiatives firmwide, working with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality practices.

The role can be based in Philadelphia, Boston, or Washington with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least seven years of HR leadership experience.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a matrix organization.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Firm HR strategies and identify organizational opportunities.
• Support HRBPs and stakeholders with non-partner lawyer evaluation and talent processes.
• Lead administration of annual and mid-year evaluations, promotions, and Senior Talent initiatives.
• Manage evaluation workflows, communications, reporting, databases, and related systems.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Firm leadership on HR projects.
