Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day office and HR operations in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
  • Lead HR functions including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate, organized employee records and streamline administrative workflows.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Take initiative to resolve issues independently and proactively.
  • Support leadership in cultivating a positive, engaging workplace culture.
  • Implement continuous improvements to internal processes to drive productivity and engagement.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting with hourly skilled labor employees.
  • Proven experience managing HR processes, employee records, payroll, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in the Rippling HR platform is required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide solutions independently.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to thrive under pressure without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in handling employee inquiries over the phone.
