Job summary

  • Willingness to work primarily on-site five days per week, with some flexibility.

  • Partner with leaders on employee engagement, change initiatives, and cultural development.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and mitigation of risk.
  • Oversee recruiting and selection processes, ensuring quality, fairness, and integrity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop 1–2 Human Resources Business Partners based in the US.

Job Description

HR Manager – Solutions (International Role)

You play a critical role in enabling our business strategy by providing full-cycle Human Resources leadership in a truly international environment. In this role, you partner closely with senior business leaders in the Americas and locally at the Hudson site, while being part of a Sweden‑based management structure. You operate at both strategic and operational levels, helping leaders drive performance, build strong organizational culture, and develop future talent across borders.

This is a highly visible role within a global HR team supporting around 1,200 employees in 30+ countries, ideal for someone motivated by complexity, collaboration, and impact in an international matrix organization. You will join a collaborative HR team that values trust, professionalism, practical solutions, and close partnership with the business.

What you’ll do
