What You’ll Own

  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy across platforms

Note: This is an individual contributor role with strategic oversight—no direct reports, but it is a managerial level. What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a mid-sized, growth-stage company
  • Proven ability to design and manage performance management processes
  • Experience in corporate recruiting (in-house or agency background welcome)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, builder’s mindset with high potential for upward mobility
