Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Hollis, NH is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide full cycle HR support across the Specialty Thin Film division, partnering with site leaders at Hollis and Centerline in Hudson, MA.

The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and engagement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance while driving HR excellence and process improvements. Salary is $80k-$95k and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or Business Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders on key talent management processes such as workforce planning, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design.
• Take a hands-on approach with leaders to drive business results, improve relationships, strengthen morale and productivity.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing business decisions and results.
• Analyze trends and metrics to inform meaningful HR programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations investigations.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, corrective actions).
• Collaborate with other HR team members to manage projects or provide input on HR-related programs and practices.
• Act as a neutral party, providing a balanced perspective for both employees and leaders.
