Xtrordinair Aircraft Management, INC is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and oversee all human resources functions to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and talent development within the aviation environment.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Coordinate hiring for pilots, flight attendants, maintenance personnel, ground operations staff, and administrative employees.
  • Assist with the hiring and onboarding process for all employees.
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Regulatory Management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain personnel records and documentation.
  • Support aviation-specific workforce requirements, certifications, and background checks.
  • Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting.
Performance Management
  • Oversee employee raise and review/performance processes.
  • Support succession planning initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer compensation programs and salary reviews.
  • Manage employee benefits and leave programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Support payroll coordination.
HR Strategy & Reporting
  • Improve and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Help develop the systems already in place and/or help create new ones.
  • Contribute to organizational strategic planning.
  • Keep track of payroll and expense reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Experience in aviation preferred.
  • Supervisory or management experience required.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • Society for Human Resource Management SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
  • HR Certification Institute PHR or SPHR.
