Qualifications

• Master’s in human resource management (or MBA with HRM focus) required.
• PhD or equivalent in HRM preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• At least ten years’ senior HRM experience.
• At least five years’ teaching experience (traditional and online).
• Strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct scholarly activities and engage students.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership for the HRM program and oversee curriculum, faculty performance, assessment, student progression, and continuous improvement.
• Lead governance, policy compliance, and program advocacy within the School and University.
• Teach 6–8 courses per academic year or as directed by leadership.
• Develop faculty through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Maintain industry relationships to keep curriculum aligned with workforce needs.
