Job summary

Breville, a global kitchen products brand, seeks an HR Manager for Tech Services, Operations, and AI.

You will partner with CTO/COO, align people strategy with growth, and lead AI-enabled workforce transformation across US/Canada/Australia.

The role requires 12+ years of HR, strong executive influence, and expertise in performance, policy, and analytics. Reporting to Global Head of HR in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including tech or product teams.
• Proven ability to influence at Director and executive levels.
• Expertise in employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Strong skills in workforce planning, leveling frameworks, and job architecture.
• Analytical skills with data storytelling and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals across Tech Services, Operations, and AI initiatives.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and role clarity.
• Lead HR programs, policy enforcement, and cyclical reviews across US/Canada/Australia.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and tell actionable stories.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to support cross-regional initiatives.
