Truce Law seeks an experienced HR professional to own, systematize, and scale HR across a growing law firm. You will manage payroll end-to-end via Vensure, lead recruiting with Wizehire, and ensure multi-state compliance for WA, CA, and other regions while leveraging AI tools to optimize processes.

Hybrid/remote Seattle-area work is supported; the role anchors the HR function as the firm doubles, with a focus on policy, training, and scalable onboarding. SHRM/PHR certification is valued.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of HR generalist experience, owning payroll, recruiting, and compliance.
• End-to-end payroll experience via a PEO or payroll platform (Vensure preferred).
• Multi-state compliance experience with PEO support.
• Experience with HR tech and AI tools (Copilot, Claude) is valued.
• SHRM/PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own payroll end-to-end through Vensure.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle using Wizehire and JD templates.
• Oversee multi-state compliance across WA, CA, WI, GA, HI, OR and Latin America-based EOR staff.
• Manage Trainual policy library and Employee Handbook; design role-based access with Ops.
• Handle offer letters, bonus docs, and quarterly acknowledgments.
• Oversee employee relations and licensing compliance for the 38-person team; scale to 70+.
