Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or graduate program in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Previous internship or relevant HR experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Support: assist with job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS maintenance.
• Onboarding Operations: support onboarding materials, forms, and opening new positions with HR and departments.
• Culture & Benefits Projects: assist with employee engagement initiatives and benefits communications.
