You will prepare documents, conduct phone screenings, draft offer letters, and assist with job descriptions. Candidates must be enrolled in or graduated from HR-related programs, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate from, an HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field degree program.
• Excellent communicator who can maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Interest in learning multiple roles within the HR field; able to multitask and handle multiple projects.
• Go-getter with attention to detail and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR and Payroll teams in various HR generalist tasks.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, retention and off-boarding.
• Prepare and maintain documents, facilitate phone screenings, create offer letters, assist with job descriptions.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at multiple worksites within the Quad Cities area; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are important.
