Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is offering an Internship program at our Chandler, AZ facility, inviting bright students to join a global engineering environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing and vacuum technologies while contributing to a dynamic team.

As an intern, you will participate in onboarding/off-boarding coordination, training schedules and support HR projects, with opportunities to learn about vacuum technologies and hands-on equipment.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Current students, typically rising juniors/seniors: freshman and sophomores welcome.
• Relevant previous experience: in relevant major internship focus.
• knowledge areas/skills: strong communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and about vacuum technologies in a professional/dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Off-boarding: coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activity, including orientation, training schedules and new hire and exit paperwork.
• Projects; assist in HR projects and initiatives as required and necessary.
