SBM Management Services is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join the Corporate HR team. You will support ESAT communications and data, and participate in employee experience and engagement initiatives. A bilingual Spanish speaker is preferred for collaboration across departments.

The internship introduces you to HR functions across multiple corporate departments, providing practical experience in a global organization while you complete your degree.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current student pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus for engagement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into basic spreadsheets and databases.
• Administrative tasks: filing, drafting letters, editing and communications.
• Meet deadlines with effective time management and project alignment.
• Communicate professionally with department staff.
• Create and deliver HR-related reports.
• Assist with ESAT communication and data collection.
• Travel to various work locations as needed.
• Follow corporate processes and policies.
