Altium Packaging is offering an HR internship in Buena Park, CA. You will gain exposure to real HR projects and support leadership in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Industrial Organizational Psychology Master's Degree or PhD program.
• GPA minimum of 3.0 is required.
• Must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred (May-August).
• Strong candidates will also exhibit sound leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Performance Management initiatives and HR analytics.
• Assist with HRIS implementation and rollout activities.
• Support engagement survey rollout and action planning.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and learn from senior mentors.
