Job summary

This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to execute recruiting strategies while providing tactical HR support to employees and leaders.

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, from candidate engagement through onboarding and ongoing HR support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR or talent acquisition experience.
• Foundational knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders, including policy guidance and HR inquiries.
• Support performance management cycles, training initiatives, and employee development programs.
