Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business priorities with leadership.
• Lead US HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation and retention.
• Serve as primary contact for employee concerns and policy guidance.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.
• Support workforce planning, org design, and talent management.
• Drive performance processes and coaching for managers.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure program consistency.
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking and annual merit processes.
