Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience; 5+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination with hiring managers to streamline staffing.
• Mobilization support for relocation nationally and internationally.
• Onboarding and orientation facilitation for new hires.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.
• Analyze hires, promotions, transfers and terminations to improve retention.
• Coordinate training sessions to develop team capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, regulations and fairness.
• Support Project HR Manager with additional duties as assigned.
