Roxbury is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to support our Shippensburg, PA behavioral healthcare facility. The role focuses on administrative coordination of employee information, ensuring compliance with governmental requirements, and assisting with recruitment and orientation.

You will help manage HRIS, personnel files, staff development, and employee relations, working with the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Human Resources preferred.
• High school diploma required, with previous HR experience.

Responsibilities

Roxbury is currently recruiting a full-time Human Resources Generalist to work at our Shippensburg, PA behavioral healthcare facility.

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the administrative coordination of all employee-related information and processes. This position is primarily responsible for compliance with all governmental and legal requirements according to the personnel function. In addition, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for assisting the Director, Human Resources with staff recruitment and orientation, HRIS management, personnel file administration, staff development, and employee relations.

Roxbury is a 112-bed behavioral healthcare facility located in Shippensburg, PA. Our 52-bed acute adult and adolescent psychiatric units treating individuals with mental illnesses who need short-term hospitalization.
