This is an onsite opportunity located in Fulton, MS.
The position supports approximately 60 hourly associates and 5 exempt leaders across fabrication, yard operations, shipping, receiving, and support functions. This role focuses on associate engagement, leadership development, talent management, workplace relations, and encouraging a culture centered on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
As a trusted business partner, the HR Generalist provides day‑to‑day guidance to associates and leaders on performance management, talent development, workforce planning, policy interpretation, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent HR practices while supporting a fast‑paced industrial operation that manufactures and fabricates customized piping solutions for customers throughout the country.
This role will collaborate closely with site leadership to support staffing strategies, workforce development, succession planning, training initiatives, safety‑focused culture efforts, and change management activities that drive operational success and associate growth.

$4,325.00 - $6,916.67 (Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles)
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
