Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across our Alaska operations from Anchorage, AK. This on-site, full-time role serves as a trusted HR resource, helping deliver a positive employee experience while supporting workforce initiatives, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Human Resources experience in a generalist, specialist, coordinator, administrative, or related capacity.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and leaders, guiding programs, policies, and employment practices.
• Support engagement, recognition, communication, retention, and workforce initiatives.
• Assist managers with staffing, performance management, attendance, and development matters.
