Winland Foods is hiring an HR Generalist in Lee's Summit, MO to support onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations across a manufacturing environment. You’ll partner with leaders to drive engagement, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, and administer HR processes with accuracy and integrity.

You’ll manage HRIS, reporting, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture that values teamwork, safety, and continuous learning for all employees.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems and manufacturing HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and leaves.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate personnel files and confidential HR records.
• Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and status changes.
• Administer benefits programs, open enrollment, and claims resolution.
• Handle payroll, leave requests, and HR data entry in the HRIS.
