ManpowerGroup is seeking an HR Generalist for a temporary role in Pevely, MO. You will support plant leadership and handle daily HR operations, payroll for 250–350 hourly employees, and assist with salaried payroll adjustments.

Responsibilities include managing accruals, absenteeism, employee benefits programs, and participating in employee relations investigations while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Experience working with FMLA, benefits, and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Human Resources Manager and leadership team with daily HR operations.
• Process weekly union hourly payroll for 250 to 350 employees and assist with salaried payroll adjustments.
• Administer and manage accruals, absenteeism, and employee benefits programs.
• Participate in employee relations investigations, resolve ongoing issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
