Job summary

ABB Installation Products söker en HR-generalist som ska utveckla och genomföra personalkoncept genom exekvering av HR-processer. Du kommer dagligen att ge HR-stöd till ett definierat team eller plats och samarbeta med respektive chefer.

Qualifications

• Kandidatexamen och minst 3 års relaterad HR-generalist erfarenhet i tillverkningsmiljö.
• Mellannivå till avancera färdigheter i Microsoft Office-applikationer.
• Väl utvecklad kunskap om arbetsrätt.
• Arbeta med Kronos/UKG och Workday Time-moduler.
• Stark förmåga att bygga relationer på alla nivåer i organisationen.
• Förmåga att samla in och analysera information objektivt och skickligt.
• Starka planerings- och organisatoriska kunskaper.
• Gott omdöme, beslutsgång och påverkan.
• Kandidaten måste redan ha arbetstillstånd i USA för ABB.

Responsibilities

• Forskning och assistans vid lösningar på komplexa eskalationer/problem som involverar flera processer/system och tids- och kvotsanalys för att hitta rotorsak och lösning på tids- & löneskillnader.
• Underhållet av fysiska och digitala filer för anställda och deras dokument, förmåner och närvaroregistrering.
• HR-generalistansvar, inklusive policyutveckling och tolkning, förmånsadministration, arbetsgivarrelationer och rekrytering.
• Leda, coacha och utveckla HR-resurser som stödjer Ormond Beach-anläggningen, samt främja positiva arbetsrelationer genom regelbundna rundvandringar och satsningar för att förbättra medarbetarretention och moral.
• Hantera granskning och genomförande av veckovis och bi-veckovis tidinlämningar för lön.
• Funktion som Time Admin för Kronos/UKG och Workday-behandling samt lön och tidstöd enligt tilldelning.

HR Business Partner

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

This role will need to be able to work an in-person schedule out of our Ormond Beach, FL manufacturing facility. #LI-Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Research and assist in issue resolution for complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems including analysis of time and quotas to identify root cause and solution of time & pay discrepancies
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
• HR generalist responsibilities, including developing and interpreting policy, benefits administration, employee relations, and recruiting.
• Lead, coach and develop HR resources supporting the Ormond Beach site. Model and practice positive employee relations including but not limited to walking the site floor regularly, conducting roundtables, identifying and executing opportunities to improve employee retention and morale
• Manage review and completion of weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll
• Act as the Time Administer for all Kronos/UKG and Workday processing and payroll and time support as assigned.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years related HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate to advanced skill set in Microsoft office applications.
• Solid knowledge of employment law
• Working knowledge of Time Management systems to include Kronos/UKG and Workday Time modules.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and ability to gather and analyze information objectively and skillfully
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong judgment, decision making and influencing skills.
• Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US.
