Job summary

ABB Installation Products is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Ormond Beach manufacturing location. You will implement people strategies, handle HR processes, benefits administration, employee relations, and recruiting in partnership with site leaders.

You will lead HR resources on site, build strong relationships, and manage weekly payroll time submissions. Proficiency with Kronos/UKG and Workday is required, with solid knowledge of employment law and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years related HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
• Experience with Kronos/UKG and Workday time modules.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret HR policy, benefits administration, employee relations and recruiting.
• Lead and coach HR resources for the Ormond Beach site.
• Manage weekly/bi-weekly time submissions for payroll.
• Act as Time Admin for Kronos/UKG and Workday processing and payroll support.
