Job summary

ABB in Florence, SC is seeking an Order Handling Specialist to provide customer and technical support, manage orders and payments, and drive service quality.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics to ensure on-time delivery, resolve issues, and support after-sales service. Strong MS Office skills and ABB systems knowledge are required; this is an onsite role in Florence, SC with no relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (no minimum experience) OR Associate's degree PLUS minimum 1 year of related experience OR High School diploma PLUS minimum 2 years of related experience
• Customer support or quality management experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of ABB systems, SPINE, SAP, SOM, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Act as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensure the resolution of customer issues.
• Support after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient communication using commercial tools.
