This position provides general human resources support for Supply Chain manufacturing and distribution facilities as needed. Primary focuses for this role include recruiting, screening hourly and salaried job candidates to fill existing and future job openings. This role is also responsible for orientation facilitation, direct unit support and handling general HR inquiries from team members. This role supports the HR Team in completing other tasks as needed, including Talent Management, Training, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, and Grievance Administration. This roll is 100% on-site people facing position supporting our teams in our distribution facilities. Requests for remote/hybrid schedules will not be considered.
