The HR Generalist I - Employee Experience, Engagement & Operations supports employees and leaders through a variety of human resources functions with a focus on employee engagement, retention, employee relations, workforce analytics, organizational culture, and continuous process improvement. This position serves as a champion for employee experience while also supporting core HR operational activities and compliance initiatives.

Summary

The HR Generalist I - Employee Experience, Engagement & Operations supports employees and leaders through a variety of human resources functions with a focus on employee engagement, retention, employee relations, workforce analytics, organizational culture, and continuous process improvement. This position serves as a champion for employee experience while also supporting core HR operational activities and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Education, Training or Certifications Required

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred.

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Human Resources or other business office environment.

Special Requirements

• Excellent people skills.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and Access a must.

• Ability to multi-task and organize.
