MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a broad spectrum of HR programs and initiatives. You will partner with employees and managers to administer HR processes, maintain HR systems, coordinate training, and support day-to-day HR operations.

The role includes onboarding, benefits enrollment, reporting, and payroll-related activities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1–2 years of Human Resources experience or related professional experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, benefits, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance management programs within the HRIS system.
• Support employee relations, benefits administration, training, staffing, and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS records, policies, and procedures for accuracy and privacy.
