A leading rail and transit consultancy firm is seeking an HR Generalist to collaborate across the business to develop learning solutions and enhance people excellence. Responsibilities include managing learning programs, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, extensive HR experience, and strong knowledge of employment law. This role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 plus benefits and is primarily remote with minimal travel.

You may work from your home office and/or a well-lit, heated and air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. Minimal overnight travel by land and air.
We offer an annual gross salary between $80,000 and $90,000 + bonus (USD) for full-time employment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
