Job summary

PEI Genesis is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to run daily HR functions, interview and hire staff, administer benefits, leave, and enforce company policies. You will support the HR Manager and act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring compliance with laws and delivering effective HR programs.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, experience in manufacturing HR preferred, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle inquiries from applicants and staff; escalate complex matters.
