Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Paycom HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits (health, retirement, disability, wellness).
  • Guide employees through benefit selections and life events with timely support.
  • Partner with vendors and third parties to address escalations and maintain program delivery.
  • Review invoices and payroll deductions for accuracy against elections.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
  • Process updates: new hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, separations; prepare documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a consistent employee experience.
  • Administer leave programs; track docs and communicate eligibility and steps.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and HR metrics; support employment regulations adherence.
  • Support HRIS activities, maintaining accurate data and payroll-impacting information.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support benefit administration and core HR operations. This position will focus on delivering accurate employee support, maintaining reliable records, and helping ensure HR processes align with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of benefits, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration, and a service-oriented approach to employee inquiries and HR coordination.Job Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefit offerings, including health, retirement, disability, and wellness programs, while ensuring accurate enrollment activity.• Guide employees through benefit selections, life event updates, and coverage questions by providing timely and thorough support.• Partner with benefit vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators to address escalations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain smooth program delivery.• Review monthly invoices and payroll-related deductions to confirm benefit charges are accurate and properly aligned with employee elections.• Maintain HR records and employee data with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.• Process personnel updates such as new hires, transfers, promotions, leave activity, and separations, and prepare related employment documentation.• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to support a consistent and organized employee experience.• Administer leave programs, track documentation, and communicate with employees and leaders regarding eligibility, required steps, and return-to-work expectations.• Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and HR metrics by compiling required information and supporting adherence to employment regulations.• Support HRIS-related activities, including maintaining accurate system data and assisting with payroll-impacting employee information and deductions.Job Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or HR operations.• Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms, including Paycom.• Solid understanding of employee benefits, HR administration practices, and employment law compliance.• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
