Inframark is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across multiple locations. You will handle employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and HR investigations while ensuring confidentiality and policy compliance.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 5–7 years of progressive HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HRIS, and MS Office is expected. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Norcross, GA.
