A professional HR services firm in Michigan is seeking an HR Generalist to support various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 2–4 years of relevant experience. This position involves maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and implementing HR initiatives to support the business. Competitive salary range of $58k-$68k plus comprehensive benefits.
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist. This role will provide comprehensive support across multiple areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compliance, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
