Team One USA Inc seeks a Talent Generalist to deliver professional HR guidance, administer benefits and payroll, and support recruitment and policy implementation. You will ensure compliance with state and federal laws while helping line managers improve leadership and management skills.

Team One's Talent Generalist (HR) responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing professional HR guidance/counsel through effective training, benefits administration, payroll management, recruitment assistance and various project based work. Will assist with resolving employee relations issues, and policy development & implementation. Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor and employment law regulations. Model an educational approach that enables line managers to improve their leadership and management skills.
Minimum 3-4 years of HR related experience or at least 1-2 years of HR generalist experience. Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws. Experience in fast-paced Advertising or Creative environment preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits knowledge, excellent written
and oral communication skills. Must have solid understanding of HR/Recruitment processes & HR-related regulations. Must have familiarity with HRIS, e.g. PeopleSoft, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree, Certification in HR or HR education is a plus.
This person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
