  • Monitor and follow up on escalated HR inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with unemployment claims, responses, appeals, and hearings as needed.
  • Assist with HR invoice processing and vendor administration.
  • Coordinate HR projects and collaborate with department leaders to meet milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and HR compliance activities.
  • Monitor certifications, licenses, policy acknowledgments, training, and other employee requirements.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Monitor onboarding completion and retention metrics.
  • Coordinate HR meetings, training programs, and employee events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and track completion.
  • Educate employees on HR self-service tools and workforce resources.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR records and data.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data validation, and analytics.
  • Support leadership with employee relations matters and investigations.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key HR resource and project coordinator, supporting a variety of HR programs, employee transactions, compliance activities, reporting, onboarding, and employee inquiries. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working with employees and leaders at all levels of an organization. The HR Generalist will help ensure HR programs and processes are implemented consistently, HR data remains accurate, and projects and deadlines are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Reliable transportation to travel between work locations as needed.
