LUV Car Wash in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to foster a positive workplace and enhance employee satisfaction. You will lead investigations, develop relations strategies, and guide managers on policies and compliance while partnering with the HR leadership.

Responsibilities include overseeing payroll backup, recruiting support, training delivery, and ensuring lawful and ethical practices across all locations. A Bachelor's in HR and SHRM/HRCI certification are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent related field experience.
• HRCI or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

• Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs.
• Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and grievances.
• Maintain a review process for terminations and corrective action.
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution.
• Collaborate with the VP of HR to ensure compliance in all HR functions.
• Create and deliver training sessions on employee relations topics.
• Review and provide feedback on employee performance evaluations.
• Support recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open roles.
• Assist with job postings, offer letters, and new hire onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Serve as payroll backup, including reviewing timecards, processing payroll, and resolving pay discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour requirements.
• All other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent related field experience.
• HRCI or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

Experience:

• 3+ years of Human Resources Management experience
