IEM, a leader in electrical distribution systems, seeks a Human Resource Generalist to support Field Services operations. This role provides HR services, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records maintenance, HRIS workflow, and compliance across sites.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, Field Services, you will process routine transactions, assist with performance management, and support site badgeing and timekeeping. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Salary Range: $55,000-$95,000
Position Summary:
The purpose of the Human Resource Generalist is to provide comprehensive administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function within Field Services. This role ensures accuracy and consistency in HR processes by maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and benefits administration, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting other HR activities. The HR Generalist also serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely and reliable HR services.

Physical Demands:

Travel: Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required to IEM manufacturing facilities, regional field offices and vendor sites.
Mental Demands: Interpret, analyze, research and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Environment: Work duties will be performed primarily in an office setting, with occasional travel to field/site locations as needed.
