Human Resources Generalist Transdev in San Diego, CA is hiring a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist supports the management team with day-to-day Human Resources and payroll operations, including full-cycle recruiting, employee administration, payroll support, leaves of absence, employee status changes, and separation processing. This position also serves as a key operational partner to the Payroll Manager and plays an important role in ensuring accurate payroll administration, employee data maintenance, payroll recordkeeping, California final pay compliance, and offboarding administration. The Human Resources Generalist partners closely with Human Resources, Operations, Corporate Payroll, and management to ensure HR and payroll processes are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies, applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and federal, state, and local requirements. We are seeking a customer service-oriented HR professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to supporting employees and operational excellence.
