Job summary

The Rosen Group in Bristol, RI, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations and partner with employees and management. This role manages the complete employee lifecycle, drives annual HR initiatives, and ensures compliant people operations across the business.

This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite in Bristol, RI, requiring strong HRIS knowledge, data integrity, and employee relations experience to support managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, transitions, offboarding, contracts and documentation.
• Provide first-line HR guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in the HRIS and ensure legal compliance.

On behalf of our client in Bristol, RI, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted partner to employees and management.

In this role, you will manage the complete employee lifecycle, drive key annual HR initiatives, and ensure compliant, high-quality people operations across the business.

This is a hybrid position- 2 days onsite.

Core Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage end-to-end onboarding, transitions, and offboarding, including issuing contracts, letters, and required documentation.
• First-Line HR Support: Provide guidance to employees and line managers on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices; assist with employee relations recordkeeping.
• HRIS & Data Management: Maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring strict data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with employment laws.
• Annual HR Cycles: Coordinate key recurring programs, including performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate HR analytics to support leadership decisions and continuously refine operational workflows to improve efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of core HR processes, HRIS platforms, and employment compliance.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential data and multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional communication skills with an advisory approach to supporting managers.
