PRIMARY PURPOSE: Answer and respond to incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff. Greet employees and visitors at the central office and approve access to the building. Provide support for daily human resource operations. Handle routine HR inquiries and provide responsive and knowledgeable assistance to employees. Assist in screening volunteers and guest educator candidates. Serve as backup to the guest educator specialist as needed.

Minimum Experience: One [1] year of experience in human resources, benefits administration, insurance administration, or other related fields is preferred.
